Our cancellation policy is as follows:

If guest is staying 6 days or less, policy is 72 hours, if guest is staying 1-2 weeks, policy is 2 weeks, and if guest is staying 2 weeks or more, or holidays and festivals, policy is 4 weeks in advance of the arrival date and time.
